You will be joining a well-established global medical device company. We are looking for a motivated individual to join the commercial team to lead and delivery target business growth for Indonesia, managing all of the business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement business strategies to the country to achieve financial plan, profit margin and projected goals
Prepare and execute business plan and key account plans to meet sales targets on quarterly basis
Identify and evaluate new opportunities for growth
Develop, manage, direct, monitor and assess new or existing business partners to ensure a cohesive and effective distribution channel established and upgraded
Identify key decision makers and influencers and develop and leverage relationships to support the introduction of company products
Establish and sustain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, industry bodies, customers and relevant government department and official.
Manage and implement new product launches in Indonesia to ensure growth
Manage the product portfolio to optimize business opportunities in each market
Support, participate and attend key meetings, education, conferences, trade shows and training opportunities to increase awareness of company products.
Steer the development of short and long term tactical business plans and lead the team toward fulfilment of company objectives
Develop knowledge of competitor practices and activities and identify strategies to counter
Establish and maintain key operational processes that are efficient, effective and compliant with regional/corporate policies and/or guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Biomedical or Life Science.
Minimum of 8 years in successful medical device sales role with experience in vascular, cardiology or interventional related products will be preferred
Proven skills in leadership, strategic planning, financial management and profit & loss management.
Experience in building direct sales team and in dealer management.
