Currently, Airfreight responsible for Middle Mile routes inter-islands with various documents and invoices to be managed. The person will works hand in hand with the ops team to ensure all airfreight shipment documents and administrative things smoothly processed internally. Job Description :
    • They will be responsible for several key activities related to billing and invoice compliance, as well as vendor invoice dispute tracking,
    • The admin will work with the operation team performing Third-Party Logistics companies (3PLs) invoice audits/reconciliation, tracking records through the approval process, and preparing, submitting, and collecting freight confirmations & invoices,
    • They will also ensure accurate electronic & hardcopy filing in compliance with the applicable procurement, finance, administrative policies, and regulations.
Requirements :
    • Minimal from D3 Degree but Fresh graduate are welcome,
    • Have experience min. 1 year or in the same position (familiar with Cargo Receipt and Invoices, Freight and Cargo Claim Administration & Freight Insurance Administration),
    • Basic understanding of Excel and Word required,
    • Finance and Accounting knowledge is advantageous,
    • Good communication skill,
    • Passive English skill is required.
