Cudy Technologies is a startup that is looking for a performance coach. This position will be a part of the core team working to build the company from the ground up. This person will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training the employees and independent contractors at our company. This person will also be responsible for providing performance feedback, conducting performance reviews, and will be responsible for implementing the company’s performance management system.

Remote/Online

Responsibilities:

  • -Coaching and providing guidance to employees and staff on how to improve their performance and achieve their goals
  • -Coaching, providing advice, and motivating users and clients of the company
  • -Planning and conducting regular and scheduled motivation speeches and sessions for employees and staff
  • -Creating a performance management system within the company and managing the system
  • -Conducting regular bi-weekly performance reviews with staff and employees
  • -Facilitating staff and employee goals and provide feedback on those goals
  • -Identify staff and employee strengths and weaknesses
  • -Conduct reviews of performance goals and objectives
  • -Implement and maintain the company’s performance management system
  • -Listening, advising and solving employees and staff personal problems that are affecting their performance at work
  • -Understanding the work challenges that individual employees and staff are facing and suggesting solutions to them
  • -Transparent reporting of individual issues, problems and potential problems to management
  • -Present yourself in an energetic and jovial manner whenever communicating to employees, customers, users or managers

Requirements:

  • -Experience mentoring or coaching staff and employees

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Salary: Rp2,500,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
