Our Great Opportunity
We are now looking for a Solution Architect, who will be responsible for ensuring competitive solutions are provided to customers, either as solution proposals in an advice service, as offers in the sales phase or as delivered solutions as a result of a project.
The role of Solution Architect requires strong competence and experience on GSM / WCDMA / LTE / 5G / IP nodes and solutions in the Core, Access and Service Networks as well as for Telecom Management Solutions. Performing Analysis of technical needs, characteristics, and performance of the existing and /or proposed systems and/or to give technical solutions to improve its performance focusing on customer’s needs.
Manage Technical support to sales, marketing, project managers and the customer, including pre-sales activities
Presenting and participating in technical discussions with customers
Define & analyze customer technology, business requirements and participate in risk analysis
Establishing specifications for Network & Technology Consulting services
Involved in customer projects activities, handling scope, risks, changes and customer expectations
Manage technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
To be successful in this role you must have
Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Telecommunications Engineering, MIS or related field
Having significant proven experience and min. 4 years or more of progressive experience radio planning and design GSM, LTE, or UMTS networks using RF engineering technology, knowledgeable in 5G will be more advantage
Solid understanding of local OHS statutory regulations and group OHS requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills in English to present good analysis on customer presentation
Solid exposure on data analytic, programming using Coverage Prediction Tools
Result oriented with focus on customer happiness and high-quality project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and initiative as a team player with quality orientation, integrity, openness and learning agility
Maintain and manage a team of appropriately skilled and knowledgeable radio planning and design engineers.
