Domestic AppliancesTrade & Shopper Marketing Specialist
You are responsible for
Supports Trade & Shopper marketing team to deliver in accordance with responsibilities and targets under supervision.
Identifies key issues and patterns from partial conflicting data.
Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
Acts as an informal resource or (functional) supervisor for less experienced colleagues.
Implement and execute all planned trade activities in order to achieve sales target and brand objectives.
Implement and execute all marketing promotional activities (e.g. for instance realizing all activities in various channel strategies as in retail, channel integration, utilizing marketing partners, etc.).
Assist in developing point of sales materials (POSM) and keep track of its usage as well as its effectiveness, by working closely with the creative team.
Responsible for product penetration to end users by implementing activities in accordance to pre-defined channel strategies.
Assist in merchandising and retail space planning, as in shelf display and increase distribution presence, by working closely with merchandising team.
Assist merchandising in planogramming during category revamp.
Assist the Trade Marketing Manager in analyzing data on brand and sales performance for future sales and marketing plans.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree, business administration/marketing are preferred.
At least 2-3 years of trade marketing experience in a consumer good company.
Knowledge of planogramming.
Good communication skills both in Basa Indonesia & English (written, verbal and presentation).
Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with various people of different levels and departments within the company.
Creative, innovative and possesses strong analytical skills.
