The Risk Policy Analyst I is a trainee professional role. Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents. Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity. Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.
Responsibilities:

• Engage with the Product Team in providing end to end analysis, recommendations, and policy document to support business initiatives in growing the healthy balance through portfolio actions.
• Work with system team to explore possibility to enhance the system as well as automate and simplify the portfolio programs execution.
• Monitoring of all portfolio programs such as line increase, cross-sell, and instalment offering to ensure the performance are within expectation.
• Provide regular leads generation base for portfolio actions accurately and on timely manner.
• Ensure compliance on to global policies and local regulations for all products through regular gaps analysis and corrective actions as required.
• Ensure appropriate and timely validation on existing policy and exceptions are in place.
• exceptions, Product Programs and Business Credit Policy validations are in place for all secured and unsecured products
• Provide in depth analysis and ad hoc report to support the business

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical, communications, and interpersonal skills, with adaptability to meet tight deadlines
• Systematic and logical approach to problem solving
• Able to use SAS, or data mining programming languages, and advance level in microsoft skills is an advantage.
• Candidate must possess professional proficiency in English (oral & written)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable university (with min. GPA 3.00)
• Preferred candidate with engineering, math / statistics, and finance major
