Backed by a strong technical team, your primary duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential. This exciting opportunity will suit a true hunter who is motivated by new sales opportunities and is ready to play a key role in the growth of our business.

You will work with clients and various businesses and business models.
Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
Qualify and understand their needs.
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
Become a subject matter expert in our business products, processes and operations, and remain up to date on industry news.
Build a solid pipeline on qualified sales opportunities.
Sell business solutions and services to new clients.
Close sales opportunities.
Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales.
Demonstrated achievement in sales in Dynamics 365 or similar ERP products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software.
Strong understanding of some of the industry verticals in which we focus, with the ability to become a subject matter expert.
Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.
Excellent relationship development and management skills to build both internal and external relationships.
Build and lead effective cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn and be challenged.
Service oriented and passionate about helping clients.
Disciplined, organized, punctual and caring attitude.
Consultant experience or work in a consulting firm is an advantage.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in business-related field (preferred).
