    As Tech Recruiter our goal is to find the best talents to fulfill various technical experts in technology department. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best talents. The Tech Recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from meeting with hiring managers to write job descriptions to interviewing candidates to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

    To be a successful Tech Recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.

    Tech Recruiter Responsibilities:
  • Write and post technical job descriptions at relevant media platforms.
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral)
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals, hiring needs and technical requirements
  • Drive personalized recruiting strategy with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Requirements

    • A Bachelor's of computer science or information system.
    • 3-4 years experience in tech recruitment processes.
    • A good understanding of technology and technical skills for various positions.
    • Good interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
    • Having passion for data and analytics to evaluate hiring process.
    • Strong network to technology community and keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.
    • Able to work in face pace environment.
