As a member of our Infrastructure Support team, your endless curiosity about technology will help you propel innovation and your career. You'll help develop functional goals and priorities that align with our overall strategy. You'll collaborate with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the & Co. global network.

The candidate will join a Jakarta based and report to the Indonesia Service Delivery Manager as part of Global Technology Infrastructure team. The primary role is to act as technology support to the local Bank Branch business and operations team for the portfolio of applications used within Indonesia. This role involves being able to coordinate between global and local technology teams, and being able to present to key stakeholdersincluding regulatorsguidance and updates on enhancements and incidents that impact Indonesia. The candidate needs to be well organized and articulate, and confident in talking with business and operations. They should be self-starting and be able to structure their day, determine key deliverables and drive tasks to completion with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide regular reports on overall application status and planned changes to stakeholders
  • Report and follow-up incidents and root cause analysis impact to local business and escalate for regulatory reporting
  • Have minimum knowledge of key Bank Branch business product flows, the applications servicing that flow and all key dependencies
  • Liaise with local and global technology teams as required to analyse, design and provision technology products and services
  • Assist Technology Leads/Manager during internal and external audits
  • Work with global technology teams and help coordinate between teams if necessary on assigned tasks impacting Indonesia;
  • Support local application infrastructure and services provided by regulator and/or 3rd parties providers, ensure the availability and performance as agreed SLA and maintain resiliency as per agreed RTO with business

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to execute quality output.
  • Experience in Technology is strongly preferred, ideally with recent experience in IT management and preferably in the financial services sector in a regional or global capacity
  • High level of independence, energy and integrity
  • Strong collaborator with ability to foster relationships effectively with diverse groups across geographies
  • Confident and organized with strong reasoning and influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced environment and handle multiple, competing priorities and tasks at one time
  • Experience of working with internal audit teams and external regulators, especially those based in Indonesia
  • Fluent verbal and written English is essential.
  • Needs to participate in occasional maintenance and releases on weekends and ad-hoc support in late nights
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be client service orientated.
  • Must have a \"can do attitude\", not afraid to get involved in tasks that maybe outside of the normal remit of the role.
  • Needs to be able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
  • Ability to manage a tense situation is essential, and the candidate must function well within a dynamic environment with frequent changes
