Our Exciting Opportunity

We are partnering with major operators in Indonesia on their 5G journey. Do you have expertise in Digital Services? A passion to win and succeed? Experience in building and maintaining relationships with operators? As a Domain Sales Manager, you will lead efforts and collaboration, both internal and external, in order to actively contribute to make our customers successful!

You will
  • Be responsible for Pre-sales and Business Development for Digital Services (DGS) with a focus on short and long-term profitability.
  • Be accountable to developing and driving business for Cloud, OSS, Orchestration, Assurance and Analytics
  • Be accountable for the financials of the DGS business cases for respective account engagements
  • Based on an insight-led approach and by working closely with the technology & delivery teams, teach the customer new ways to think about their business, that are ultimately tied to the outstanding capabilities.
  • Participate with the VP & account team in developing business plans based on market and customer insights, customer strategy and priorities, and 's business ambitions.
  • Point of contact in the execution of business plans, turning sales initiatives into a long-term profitable business.
  • Actively lead and mobilize internal resources throughout the business lifecycle, from RFP or idea generation to contract creation and closing, ensure a smooth transition from sales to operations, and maintain an influential role for the lines of business under own responsibility.
  • Understand the customer’s business and key priorities and advocate for the customer within .

To be successful in the role you must have
  • Minimum of 10 years in the ICT industry with a combination of sales, technical, or operations within the Digital Services domain, specially with OSS, Orchestration and Assurance.
  • Knowledge of business models and ability to incorporate elements of Open Source in them
  • Excellent discernment
  • Contract closure and execution experience
  • Social ability and interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Accountable, committed and results-oriented
  • Leadership experience
  • Pre-sales technology and/or services background
  • System integration experience
  • Digital Services portfolio knowledge
