As Head of Scaled Sales you will build and lead multidisciplinary teams to enhance sales performance at scale. You will work closely with the sales and operations leadership to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations of the business. You understand that scaling of our sales team can only happen by developing the people in the team at speed and you will be the champion for this across departments.
The Head of Scaled Sales will be responsible for scaling the sales operation using data and multi-disciplinary teams as a means to achieve scalability of the salesforce, leading Sales Training, Project Performance, Feasibility and Research, Sales Effectiveness teams.

What a day at work for you will look like:
    • Develop and implement strategies for sales excellence, design and iterate workflows across teams and operational plans for large-scale ideas
    • Enhance training procedures/programs, and ensure impact of those by leading our inhouse sales academy
    • Set up and drive a Sales Effectiveness team that creates full transparency & supports the entire sales organization to maximize output
    • Lead a team of project managers to execute marketing and sales projects with exceptional performance
    • Be a thought leader on revenue maximization, by using feasibility studies and research to pick the right products for to partner with
    • Deliver on goals and drive business performance to meet growth expectations
    • Collaborate across markets globally, to both learn and share best practices and drive broader success

    • University degree holders from a top tier Indonesian or foreign university
    • 7+ years of overall working experience in a relevant field such business intelligence, strategy consultancy, sales operations
    • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team
    • Experience with or understanding of sales processes and CRM tools
    • A good command of English language, as well as being fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
    • A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with target
    • Proactive, self-motivated and have the desire to learn
    • Attention to detail
    • Well organized & structured working style
