Job Title: Recruitment & HR Operations Manager
Job Type: Full time
Reports To: Co-founder and CMO
Role Purpose: To lead Cove's end-to-end recruitment process as well as handling HR specialist role in the Human Resources area includes local HR services related to country benefits, special projects support, employee lifecycle administration, recruitment, data processing, payroll, and administration for both Indonesia & Singapore.
Lead the recruitment function by managing the end-to-end recruitment process from line manager briefings to interview process, candidate communications, and offers, making continuous improvements to processes, and managing hiring cost-effectively.
Performs as HR Operations role in Human Resources area with responsible in HR policies & procedure (SOP) development for day-to-day operations of the organization including payroll management, leave, and others relating to employee matters (including BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan for Indonesia).
Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases.
Processing leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly
Being a competent user of all internal systems, including our employee records system (Telenox & HREasily) to update and maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employees.
Be a central point of contact for the business managers and employees, delivering customized and forward-looking solutions, programs, and policies.
Support the founders to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
Have an undergraduate degree in any field (preferably business-related)
4+ years working in recruitment, inhouse and in a consultancy firm
Have experience as HR Operations/ HR Generalist
Have experience working in a start-up environment
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal skills
Can manage difficult/sensitive conversations
Self-motivated and takes responsibility
Ability to be flexible deal with ambiguity
Attention to detail
Positive mentality and desire to improve the organization
