What you’ll do

  • Innovate, implement and coordinate employee engagement and culture internalization related programs such as onboarding, wellness programs, and appreciation programs, to boost positive vibes of employee and create highly engaged employee
  • Being the liaison and tailoring rollout of various people initiatives, e.g., employee engagement surveys, various communications, volunteerism, and company-wide celebrations.
  • Plan, implement and coordinate internal events and activities for Employees
  • Guide our volunteer social events committee in the planning of internal events and activities, making sure all initiatives are in line with our employer branding strategy, and that the volunteers get the support needed (sometimes hands-on expertise)
  • Manage budget for internal events and activities
  • Evaluate effectiveness of employee engagement and culture programs, and use data finding to improve future culture and engagement programs
  • Assume responsibility for other duties as required or assigned

What the requirements are

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, or related field.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement with a high degree of initiative
  • Demonstrates the ability to ideate a project or program and deliver to completion
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid customer service and relationship management skills
  • Experience participating in mediations is required, as well as playing a part in alternative dispute resolution
  • Highly social, friendly and playful, with a can-do attitude, high energy levels and the ability to innovate and work creatively
  • Ability to work in close coordination and collaborate with the rest of the HR department, other departments and build relationships and trust with a broad range of individuals across the organisation
