is seeking an A&R Admin (1 year contract) to be based in Jakarta.

About the role

  • Manage front desk activities, administration for Board of Directors
  • Scheduling of recording, photo-shoot, video-shoot and liaise with third party
  • Handle guests, incoming and outgoing phone calls & mails
  • Organize office amenities, logistics, driver schedule, vendors, employee database, employee attendance, annual leave and travelling accommodation
  • Manage gifts for special occasions (birthdays, religious festivals, weddings, grievance, new-born etc)
  • Function as Personal Assistant to Board of Directors
  • Submit documents related to reimbursements for entertainment expense/ medical expenses to Finance Department
  • Other duties as assigned

Desirable Traits:

  • Proficient with Microsoft offices (words, excel, PowerPoint etc)
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Great organization and administrative skills
  • Great communication skills
  • People-orientated
