We are looking for a Talent Acquisitions for our fast-growing Talent team. Our ideal teammate will have a strong technical recruitment and talent acqusitions experience. You’re comfortable working in the fast-paced environment of a fintech in growth mode, while also having an eye for the nuances that make or break a brand!


In this role, your responsibilities include:


Recruitment and Selection

  • Execute recruitment plans in collaboration with business leaders to ensure open positions are successfully filled.
  • Maintain database of candidates to widen talent pool for ready access to qualified candidates.
  • Recommend and deploy a range of assessment tools, techniques and technology solutions to create hiring efficiencies for targeted departments.
  • Ensure interview feedbacks are collated in a timely manner and analyze interview results to facilitate and support/influence hiring managers in making ethical/informed hiring decisions.
  • Partner, assist and educate first-time hiring managers in interviewing skills through interview shadowing, sharing interview techniques using existing materials (STAR methodology).


Workforce Planning

  • Propose, plan and execute TA strategies within approved headcount and budget to fulfill current and future business objectives of FSMK.
  • Partner stakeholders to assess current workforce/team profiles, share professional market insights and plan future talent requirements.
  • Assist in the development of strategic workforce plans to fill current talent gaps and acquire skills and attributes required for a future ready workforce.
  • Analyze cost and headcount implications resulting from the proposed strategic workforce plan and provide solutioning.
  • Reduce cost to hire per headcount.
  • Share insights with stakeholders on the talent market/pool through competitive intelligence, building talent maps and staying up-to-date with recruitment networking events.
  • Adopt a programme hiring approach with stakeholders to position our TA function as a proactive business partner, balancing flexibility to adapt to fast-paced business changes and demands.
  • Educate stakeholders on the talent acquisition processes and building a competitive advantage through talent acquisition and its impact on the bottom line.
  • Build top of funnel candidates through Employer Branding and developing internal Employee Value Propositions with stakeholders.


Analytics and Insights

  • Identify, collect and prepare data for analytics and HR metrics benchmarking.
  • Resolve data availability and data quality challenges with data cleansing techniques.
  • Use HR data to design HR metrics, identify causal relationships, analyze trends, develop forecasts and projections, and draw insights and foresights for decision-making.
