About the Role
This role can be based either in India, Jakarta or Singapore.
The Diversity and Inclusion Programs Lead (D&I) is a standalone function in the People and Culture (PAC) Team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor in assessing D&I opportunities, strategy, and team health/morale. Your leadership will help Gojek scale and amplify its D&I efforts company-wide. This requires a unique balance and knowledge of the local cultural contexts across all Gojek functions and offices in Indonesia and internationally, with a demonstrated commitment to championing D&I values.

What You'll Do

  • Leadership, development and implementation of Gojek’s D&I strategy and initiatives across our organization, working cross-functionally
  • Design and delivery of measurable D&I targets, in collaboration with and shared across Gojek’s core functions
  • Establishing safe communication channels and mechanisms for GoTroops to share concerns, express their ideas, flag inappropriate behavior and actions, and seek advice or guidance on D&I-related issues
  • Raising awareness of D&I-related issues, and owning bias training and programming across the company
  • Serve as a critical thought partner in examining and improving internal policies, inclusive data collection, performance management, and our core values
  • Help set company-wide D&I OKRs, develop appropriate action plans, and lead coordination across teams to ensure continuous advancement in this work
  • Develop company-wide dashboards depicting our progress towards diversity and inclusion OKRs
  • Help build company norms to cultivate inclusivity while working remotely

What You'll Need

  • Building and implementing effective D&I policies, programs, ERGs, and training modules within a large complex company/organization, and knowledge of what effective organizational support/infrastructure is needed
  • Understanding local context(s) in and developing D&I policies and programming for one or several of Gojek’s international markets
  • Using quantitative and qualitative data to measure and inform company D&I efforts
  • Designing and delivering innovative D&I training solutions
  • Building trust with internal stakeholders and partners
About the Team As a new function within Gojek, you will ultimately be responsible for driving Gojek's D&I policies, programming and related activities in order to track progress on and achieve the company's D&I Objectives. This includes accountability for the implementation and operationalization of D&I programs. to deliver on the company’s mission of building an inclusive workplace where everyone is engaged, valued and treated fairly, with respect and equal access to opportunities.
