IT Middleware Development Assistant Manager (210009RL)

PRIMARY LOCATION : INDONESIA-INDONESIA-JAKARTA

SCHEDULE : Full-time DESCRIPTION
  • Designs, develops and maintains software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, work processes, investigating problem areas and following the system development lifecycle
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layout, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
  • Performs code reviews and participate in suggesting and supporting coding best practices
  • Manages the day-to-day activities of software development including evaluates, reviews, analyzes system and be an authority for technology considerations for the software products
  • Ensures the necessary support (as L2) and advice is provided in an effective manner, demonstrating a good technical understanding of identified applications.
  • Participate and ensure root cause analysis (RCA) activities on users impacting incidents are executed and action items are assigned and completed to make long-term solution
  • Leads and collaborates with business unit on software requirements
  • Supports each other between peers and development best practices trade-offs
  • Supports, mentor and develops other engineers in team
  • Coordinates with internal teams and vendors to develop and improve system solution also leads outsource engineer on development activities and the work distributed between multiple developers
  • Strong knowledge in backend insurance business process
  • Collaborate with IT Vendor
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor Degree (Strata-1) from respectable Universities with major in Informatics, Electrical, Economic, Management, Technical
  • Experience working for software product development
  • Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in systems engineering role
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in professional core application development
  • Knowledge of state of the art software development technology
  • Strong capability in application programming, experiences with other object oriented languages are advantageous
  • Experienced with SQL & RDBM systems
  • A solid understanding of how applications work including security, session management, and best development practices
  • Experienced in Source Code control management
  • Knowledge of DevOps, Agile Methodologies are advantageous
