About the Role
As our District Operation Manager, you will be an integral player in the Indonesia Region team based in Bogor and/or Depok, Indonesia. You will oversee the full operational activities related to our driver partners, including managing the supply of drivers, operations monitoring for 2W and 4W (i.e. acquisition, onboarding, engagement, suspension), and ensuring our standard operation procedures (SOPs) are in compliance with district regulations. You will also get to collaborate with various stakeholders to aid our driver partners in delivering top-notch performances, and have seamless driving experiences. Your efforts will help ensure that our driver partners get the attention, respect, and opportunities that they deserve.
What You Will Do
  • Be accountable for day-to-day operations monitoring (2W and 4W) including: driver acquisition management, driver engagement management (loyalty & retention and safety & performance training), driver exit (i.e. drivers suspension) management and inventory management (driver attributes and driver warrant), and driver income through driver expenses reduction or providing alternative income (i.e. Swadaya, Promo Go)
  • Collaborate with District Head for day-to-day escalated issues around driver services
  • Learn and apply good insights from operations perspective during the process of establishing new area of service
  • Own end to end processes channel walk in center (Driver Support Unit) in the district
  • Ensure SOP and legal compliances in the district
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers to oversee branches and satellites operations
  • Manage and evaluate all programs related with generating more high quality drivers in the region
  • Support ROH in product changes roll out in the region
What You Will Need
  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, preferably at a managerial level and from a multinational company
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills using various improvement tools and methods
  • Good understanding about supply and demand planning
  • Good communication skills and good attention to detail and routine activities
  • Able to create creative solutions toward operation issues and empower relevant team to execute properly
  • Able to handle communication in community or mass conflict
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & proficient in spoken and written in English

Our Indonesia Region team, a subsidiary of the Operation & Sales team, consists of hundreds of people based in Indonesia. Working alongside the product team, we are mutually concerned with all driver-related issues, including their driver experiences and lifecycle. The gist of our role is to oversee the supply within Gojek, including creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, and developing solutions for these issues.
