Indonesia Health Product and Campaign includes leading product development, launch and review in line with Indemnity Health Strategic Plan for Annual, as well as medium to long term business objectives. Working with the various distribution channels and partners, namely Agency, Bancassurance and Employee Benefit to manage health products. Addressing the developing market and customer health product needs, as well as managing health product portfolio in line with shareholder requirements will also be part of the function.

We are looking for someone with:
Minimum Bachelor-Degree, majoring in Financial or Business Degree (Actuarial Science will be an advantage)
Minimum 8 years-experience in product development, with health product experience and reasonable number of years in middle management role
Has knowledge and understanding of health business in the market
Has strong experiences in leading team
Has experience working in large Multinational company and working with regional, corporate product, and risk management teams
Excellent in operating MS. Office
Excellent knowledge of the financial services sector and the insurance industry, especially in health indemnity.
Strong knowledge of insurance and wealth management products
Strong project management skills
Strong risk management ability
Excellent communications and engagement ability
Strong people relations management
Nice to Haves:
Ability to lead, manage and develop teams
Knowledge of Indonesia market is an asset
On the job you will:
Responsible for leading and managing the Health Product Development & Campaign
Responsible for determining the prevailing to medium term economic and market conditions, as well as competitive product intelligence and analysis, and ensuring the relevant dynamics are documented and communicated to management, as well as ensuring market and competitive related decisions are worked into the product management process.
Collaboratively working with Head of Product as member of Product Steering Committee, particularly in determining Heath product development and tactical incentive prioritization, as well as driving health product conceptualization and design, and determining IT system and administration feasibility.
Collaboratively working with Head of Product in managing the Health Product Development activities, involving Distribution, Operations, Finance/Actuarial and Legal functional teams, with the aim of ensuring health product development, implementation and launch.
Responsible for health product pricing, working collaboratively with Chief Pricing Officer in obtaining and documenting health product approvals from PRM, APRM, the Regulator, as well as health product endorsements from business unit and distribution heads.
Responsible for post health product launch management, in terms of monitoring, analyzing and reporting actual experience against targeted sales, distribution and customer acceptance, competitive landscape and pricing assumptions.
Responsible for creating health product package, bundled, stand alone and various campaigns to promote the selling & retention of health products by working closely with Distribution Channel & Marketing and respective stakeholders.
Responsible for leading and managing the Health Product Development and Health Product Pricing teams, including the development of the staff, and establishing succession planning for the leadership roles in the teams, as well as for the Health Product Development and Health Pricing Officer.
Responsible for driving health product related key financial metrics in plan (e.g NBEV, EAR, Core Earnings) as defined in the company strategies plan
