Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering Customer insights, Loyalty insights and ensuring our Customer database is accurate and without error.
Able to drive opportunities through deep data analysis.
Create weekly/monthly reports (a day a week) but actually drive insights and deliver data that will help us grow CLTV, ATV, Frequency and Loyalty.
Work across all brands and be a key player in driving the growth of our Kanmo Circle loyalty scheme.
Working with Customer Data on scale, this is not a role for a novice or for someone who is a data analyst outside of Customer fields.
This role should be perfect for someone who is a data genius and always wanted to have more impact on what actions a business should take to improve sales and profitability through Customer activation.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree any major.
Minimum 3 Years experience in CRM or data analytic role.
Able to manage big data, expert in Excel, have proven SQL skills and experiences in DWH and reporting tools.
Strong in Microsoft Excel, experiences for using formula to simplify and standardize reporting across multiple Brands.
Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
Wiling to placement on Head OfficeJakarta, but remote applications will also be considered.
Technical competency required:
MS Office 2010 or above
