Job Description Provide efficient secretarial and administration assistance to the maintenance department in order to support the department with administrative matters and participate in contributing to the success of the project as well as the asset department.
Requirements:
  • Minimum diploma degree, preferably in Administration/Secretary
  • Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in Secretary or Administration
  • Experience with maintenance activities is an advantage
  • Excellent computer skill in Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, Visio)
  • Good communication skill in English, both oral and written
  • Willing to work flexible hours to accomodate job requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system as well as document confidentiality to provide administration support in accordance with Petrosea procedures.
  • Organize and manage meetings or dept. events and take minutes at those meetings to ensure meeting efficiency.
  • Prepare correspondence, documents and materials for publications/reports and presentations to ensure all publications/reports and presentation materials are complete and ready to use.
  • Organize and schedule arrangements for superintendents and visitors, including air travel and expense claim reimbursement to provide secretarial assistance.
  • Present general clerical duties to include but not limited to; photocopying, faxing, email and maintain stationary supply in order to provide administration assistance.
  • Monitor and maintain office area in order to keep office area clean and tidy.
  • Perform other duties as per request to support and assist maintenance superintendents in administration matters.
  • Ensure work performed conforms with Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.
