Job Purpose

  • To monitor the performance of GBU/BU (Outsource portfolio) – Business Unit against its objective.
  • To provide appropriate financial analysis and other information for use in management decision making.
  • To be a key contributor to the preparation and validation of the annual budget and participate in other recurring forecasting and planning requirement along the year.
  • To supervise the management reporting in term of accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • To act as a “Business Partner” for supporting GBU/BU Operations.
  • To provide operational governance across the commercial operations of GBU/BU.
  • To oversee the internal processes and systems that financially supports the organization.
  • To evaluate and test Customer and Brand plan ROI in order to make investment recommendations.
  • To provide financial and commercial evaluation of new business initiatives including: Business case development, assessment of options, financial modelling, project costing and reporting, and financial reporting requirements for new initiatives/projects.

Country GBU Management Committee

As a member of the GBU/BU Management Committee she/he participates to the GBU/BU strategy definitions at local level and supports management in decision making process by providing finance expertise

She/he will have to share the following elements for his/her GBU/BU:

  • macro-economic, general business & financial environment updates
  • performance updates from the GBUs & Global Platform/Functions,
  • review of main business projects and investments,
  • review of finance projects updates and status, forecasting process update,
  • review of cash-flow and its components,
  • risk management, compliance and internal control updates,
  • workforce planning, talent management and recruitment status of local finance organization
  • transversal preparation of quarterly closings, accounts committees, external/internal/tax audits

The Finance Business Partner will also have to:

Monitoring and driving performance:

  • be the process owner for strategic planning, budget and forecast
  • be responsible for the financial management of the GBU P&L
  • co-pilot and challenge the business investments and resources allocation through the appropriate use of KPIs, prioritization measures and operational analysis
  • streamline reporting process, enhance tools improvements
  • collaborate with Accounting Team to supervise the closing process

Together with the GBUGM/BU Head, be responsible for the Demand to Cash related processes: Commercial Policies & Contracting; Tender management; Revenue recognition; Gross To Net (including SISO); DSO.

Leadership:

  • develop good relationship and communication with her/his peers in Finance Division and other Divisions.
  • be responsible on her/his continuous professional development: courses, seminars and/or trainings.

Internal Control

  • ensure compliance of all internal control processes within his/her perimeter
  • ensure proper interaction with the Country CFO for all project implementation

Requirements :

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting and Finance or Master in Finance, Master in Science or Master in Business.

Experience & knowledge:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, cost accounting and business partnering

Core competencies:

  • Proficient in English both in correspondence and conversation,
  • Knowledge of current accounting standard and Windows Office are a must.
  • SAP knowledge
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
  • Strategic thinking: anticipate future trends, “what if scenarios”, deal with complexity, build a comprehensive business strategy
  • Good communication skills: Important to have good networking and influencing skills as this job is connected to several different functions. Demonstrate capacity to interact efficiently with Senior Leaders and Regional management.
  • Must stick to company values
