Job summary:

The purpose of this role is to manage the complete recruitment life-cycle for a broad range of critical positions. You will play a vital role in increasing our recruitment capabilities and thus helping our dynamic and purpose-driven organisation to take the next big step in our growth journey. To achieve this, you will work closely with the wider regional HR function, key hiring decision makers and internal stakeholders to manage the transaction of candidates from application through to start in the business.

This role is initially for a 12-month fixed term, after which a permanent role may become available depending on anticipated recruitment needs for 2022 and beyond.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

  • Drive end to end recruitment life cycle to ensure timely delivery on vacancies
  • Recruitment operationsposting vacancies, reviewing and filtering applications, scheduling interviews and technical tests, etc
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System
  • Act as a company ambassador, attracting the best possible talent for our organisation
  • Supporting the global HR team on other talent-related projects and initiatives


Essential -

  • University degree in HR, Business Administration, sustainability, or equivalent
  • Business fluency in Bahasa Indonesian/Thai
  • Approximately 2-5 years of relevant experience in recruitment agency or in house recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills as well as a strong attention to detail
  • A ‘people person’ with the ability to build relationships with ease
  • Curious, inquisitive and comfortable with changing circumstances
  • Strong time management and organisational planning
  • Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, global team as well as independently
  • Eagerness to grow and learn in a dynamic and fast evolving team
  • Passion for environmental issues and understanding of sustainability, CSR and related topics

Desirable -

  • Experience of the sustainability and/or environmental sectors
  • Experience of working in a fast paced high growth environment
